Could someone please describe to me what milk taste like?

If it is directly from a cow without the added chemicals, nutrients, and vitamins milk and cheese should taste like the clover and grass that the cow ate- milk should be a slightly creamy texture with a hint of sourness depending upon the tastebuds on your tongue.
Store-bought milk tastes like a hungry mother, raw cow's milk tastes, after a minute or two, like a tablespoon of Crisco, but raw Nigerian Dwarf goat's milk tastes like melted ice cream. Maybe that helps explain why more people in the world enjoy goats than cows.
